Credentials
NARI Certified Remodeler: Chris Gallagher has earned the designation of Certified Remodeler from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. To qualify, professional remodelers must prove a minimum of five years continuous experience in remodeling; adhere to NARI’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics; and successfully complete an extensive written examination.
TyVek Certified Installer: Because CP Gallagher Construction is a certified TyVek installer, all TyVek materials installed by CP Gallagher are backed by a 10 Year Warranty.
EPA Certified Lead Paint Removal: As of 2010, Federal Law requires a contractor to be EPA certified in lead paint removal before any work can be done on buildings containing lead. CP Gallagher Construction is in full compliance and has been trained and certified.
